Shop In-Store Promotion T&Cs

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Snug Pet Co. ("Snug", "we", "us"). Questions about this promotion can be sent to hello@snugpetco.com.au.

2. Acceptance of these terms

Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Entry is only open to entrants who comply with these terms.

3. Promotional period

The promotion opens at 12:00am AEDT on 9 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 22 November 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). Only purchases made, and entries submitted, within the Promotional Period are eligible. Receipts dated before 9 November 2026 or after 22 November 2026 will not be accepted. Winners will be announced on 23 November 2026.

4. Eligibility

4.1. The promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. This promotion is open to purchases made, and entries submitted, within Australia only. 4.2. Employees, contractors and directors of the Promoter and their immediate families, and the agencies and companies associated with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.

5. How to enter

5.1. Qualifying purchase. To enter, purchase two (2) or more bags of any Snug product in a single transaction, either in store at any Coles supermarket in Australia or online through Coles Online, including home delivery and click and collect, during the Promotional Period (a "Qualifying Purchase"). For online orders, the order must be placed within the Promotional Period.

5.2. Upload your receipt. Complete the official entry form on the Snug website at bellandbone.com.au/snug-shop-in-store-giveaway and upload a clear photo or screenshot of your receipt showing the Snug products purchased and the date and time of purchase. For in-store purchases, the receipt must also show the store. For online purchases, upload your tax invoice or order confirmation showing the order number. Entries are only counted once the official form has been completed and submitted with a valid receipt. In these terms, "receipt" includes an online tax invoice or order confirmation.

5.3. Uploads via the official form only. All entries must be submitted through the official entry form on the Snug website. Receipts or entries submitted by any other method, including email, direct message, comment, post or any other channel, will not be accepted or counted.

5.4. Keep your receipt. Entrants must keep their original receipt, or for online purchases their tax invoice or order confirmation email, for each Qualifying Purchase. The winners will be required to produce the original receipt(s) to claim their prize.

5.5. Each receipt may only be submitted once. Duplicate submissions of the same receipt will not earn additional entries.

6. Number of entries and how entries are earned

6.1. Entries are earned as follows:

For example, a receipt showing 2 or 3 bags earns 1 entry, 4 or 5 bags earns 2 entries, and 6 or 7 bags earns 3 entries. Bags are counted per receipt and cannot be combined across separate receipts.

6.2. Bonus social entries. To earn the bonus entries, publish a public post, Reel or video on Instagram or TikTok during the Promotional Period that features Snug and tags @snugpetco. Your account must be public so the tag can be verified, and you must provide your social media handle and the same email address used on your receipt entry so the bonus entries can be added to your tally. Bonus social entries are only available to entrants who have submitted at least one valid receipt entry, and are awarded once per entrant.

6.3. Multiple entries. You may enter as many times as you like during the Promotional Period, with a new Qualifying Purchase and receipt for each entry. As long as the same email address is used each time, all of your entries will be combined into a single entry tally for that email address.

6.4. Each valid entry earned increases your chance of winning. All eligible entries across the Promotional Period go into a single draw.

7. Valid entries

7.1. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by us, not at the time of transmission or submission by you. 7.2. Incomplete, indecipherable, fraudulent or illegible entries, or entries with an invalid, unreadable, altered, duplicated or unrelated receipt, will be deemed invalid at our discretion. 7.3. We accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries, or for entries not received due to technical or other reasons.

8. The prizes

8.1. There are three (3) prizes, so there will be three (3) winners. Each prize consists of one (1) Coles gift card valued at AUD $1,000. The total prize pool is AUD $3,000. 8.2. Each entrant can win a maximum of one (1) prize. 8.3. The gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of use, including any expiry date, set by Coles. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. 8.4. No Snug products are included in any prize. 8.5. No cash alternative. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the relevant regulator.

9. Determining the winners

9.1. This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners. The winners will be drawn at random from the total pool of valid entries, and each valid entry has an equal chance of being drawn. 9.2. The draw will take place on 23 November 2026 . 9.3. If an entrant is drawn more than once, their subsequent draws will be disregarded and a further entry drawn, until three (3) different winners are selected.

10. Notification of winners

10.1. The winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details provided with their winning entry within two (2) business days of the draw, and announced publicly on 23 November 2026 on the Snug website and social media pages. 10.2. The winners will be asked to provide their original receipt(s) and the details required to deliver the prize.

11. Claiming the prize

11.1. Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified. 11.2. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, does not claim the prize, cannot produce a valid original receipt, or is found to be ineligible within that 14 day period, they forfeit the prize and we reserve the right to conduct a redraw, subject to any regulatory directions. A redraw, if required, will take place at 10:00am AEDT on 8 December 2026 at the same location as the original draw, and any subsequent winner will be notified in the same manner.

12. Publicity and consent

By entering, you consent to us using your name, social media handle, and any submitted content or images for promotional purposes across our channels without further notice or compensation, unless you tell us otherwise in writing. If you are a winner, you agree to reasonable participation in publicity relating to the promotion.

13. Privacy

13.1 We collect entrants' personal information to conduct this promotion. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://bellandbone.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. By entering, you consent to this use of your information. 13.2. By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from Snug Pet Co. (and its related brands) by email and SMS. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.

14. Limitation of liability

14.1. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in this promotion or the acceptance, use or enjoyment of any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. 14.2. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. General

15.1. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits a fraudulent or altered receipt, or acts in a manner that is unfair or contrary to these terms. 15.2. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, we reserve the right, subject to any applicable law and regulatory direction, to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion. 15.3. If any prize is a taxable supply, GST is included in the stated prize value. Winners are responsible for any tax implications arising from receipt of the prize and should seek independent advice.

16. Social media

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta or any other platform. You provide your information to Snug, not to these platforms.

17. Governing law

This promotion is governed by the laws of [Victoria], Australia, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
