Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unopened and unused.

What that means:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange
  • Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
  • If your order arrived damaged or faulty, we will arrange a replacement or full refund regardless of the 30-day window
  • We are unable to accept returns on opened or used products due to food safety regulations

How to Make a Return

Step 1 - Email us

Send your order number and reason for return to info@bellandbone.com.au. A photo of the product is helpful if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Step 2 - We'll be in touch

Our team responds within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.

Step 3 - Refund processed

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to swap a product for a different size, flavour, or formula, we are happy to arrange an exchange subject to stock availability. Simply mention your preference in your return email.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrived damaged, leaking, or faulty, please email us with a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to return the original product.

Return Shipping Costs

We ask customers to cover return postage unless the product is faulty, damaged, or we made an error with your order. In those cases, return postage is on us.

Yes, the same 30-day policy applies to subscription orders. If you need to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time from your account portal.
