Standard Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $60 anywhere in Australia. Orders under $60 incur a flat shipping fee of $10.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order through to delivery.

If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your junk folder or contact us at info@bellandbone.com.au.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are dispatched on your chosen renewal date and follow the same shipping timeframes as standard orders. You can manage your delivery frequency, skip a delivery, or update your address at any time from youraccount portal.

Something Gone Wrong?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if it has arrived damaged, please contact us at info@bellandbone.com.au with your order number. We will look into it straight away.

Please note: Once your delivery has left our warehouse we are no longer responsible for its delivery and condition. Australia Post guarentees that EXPRESS Shipping is FASTER than Standard but does not guarantee overnight delivery. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to Australia Post delays.
